In Learn-AT we prioritise professional collaboration. That means we work hard, together, (co-labour) to improve the quality of education for our children. We collaborate to improve the quality of teaching. Research evidence suggests strongly that it’s the quality of teaching that makes the biggest difference to children’s learning, and that working collaboratively supports improvement and change. So, fellowship underpins the way we work. We work together.

Robust, transparent and supportive systems of intelligent internal and external accountability ensure our schools’ leaders have a clear view of their school’s improvement needs, a clear plan and expert support to tackle them.

Learn-AT also provides bespoke support for schools in an Ofsted and /or SIAMS window, as appropriate to their school improvement needs and self-evaluation.
