CPD
We provide training and development for teachers and leaders at all stages of their career. Our courses are open to staff from schools across the Midlands.
Subject Leaders’ Network Meetings
All of our subject leaders' network meetings are run by subject specialists.
English, Maths, Science, Geography, History, Art
Our schools are currently investing lots of time developing these subjects in ways that are unique to each school. To support subject leaders, network meetings for these curriculum areas will be held once a term. These meetings are an opportunity to meet with other subject leaders to discuss pedagogy and practice and to establish ways of implementing good practice across Learn-AT.
All other subjects will have meetings initially during the year, looking at how you can monitor your curriculum. Subject specialists will run the session, supporting you in assessing how well the subject is led and taught in your school. If the meeting highlights particular areas to target there will be another meeting later in the academic year.
